The current Bennett family are the 5th generation to raise their own cow herds on their own pastures in the pristine environment of North West Tasmania . Milk from the Bennett herds is collected daily and used to produce the flavorsome cheeses and butters.

A smooth creamy blue cheese designed to appeal to all palates.  Aged for several months to enable a good depth of veining and flavour to develop.  Perfect addition to cheese boards.  Excellent for use in sauces or salad dressings for extra flavour.  Serve with a sweet white wine such as a Riesling.
