The Ashgrove milk and cheese factory is located in Elizabeth Town, in the heart of the dairying region in Northern Tasmania. Several generations of Bennett families have been farming the land surrounding the milk and cheese factory since the 1880′s.

Traditional handcrafted cheddar that has been matured in the traditional cheese cloth bandage this Cheddar has a drier texture and more complex flavour resulting from the cloth maturing process. Serve with crusty bread and fruit and deep red wine such as Cabernet Sauvignon or even a Dark Ale.
