Phil Lamb is the driving force behind Spring Bay Seafoods who produce award winning organic blue mussels and scallops – the only fully farmed mussels, from hatchery to harvest, grown and sold in Australia.

The deepwater oceanic marine farms stretch across some of the most precious and pristine seawater in the world. Located 2 kilometres offshore with a fast flowing, cold and nutritious current, the marine farm is 25-35 metres deep providing a unique growing environment unrivalled anywhere.
