Started in 2009 in Hobart Tasmania, Wellington Apiary stays true to reflect the flora of its southern Tasmanian base and surrounding vegetation. The range of honeys made by Wellington is 100% natural, cold extracted and course filtered with no heat treated which allows the pollen, flavour and aromas from its natural goodness to be retained in the final product - just the way the bees intended it to be.
